We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, grooming services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the shop. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Duties
Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client records using shop software.
Promote retail products and services to clients, utilizing retail math skills for effective sales strategies.
Mentor junior staff or apprentices in barbering techniques and customer service best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair care, and grooming.
Requirements
Valid Barber license.
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
Familiarity with shop software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to mentor others and share expertise within the team.

Pay: $10.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
