As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques including straight razor methods.
Provide expert advice on hair styling and maintenance tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to offer coloring services and hair extensions as requested by clients.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Manage appointments and client records using MINDBODY or similar scheduling software.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Assist in store management tasks as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements
Valid barbering license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proficient in hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques with experience in eyelash extensions being a plus.
Strong understanding of color theory and application methods for hair coloring services.
Experience with hair extensions is desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling strategies is advantageous.

Pay: $24.58 – $29.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
