The Stylist Level I will be responsible for servicing Xtrands+ members efficiently and delivering the Ultimate Member Experience while mastering the Xtrands+ solution. The Stylist Level I will work collaboratively with key functional areas and senior leadership to drive the HairClub’s Core Four: Employee Experience, Member Experience, Sales Experience and Facilities, Inventory and Technology (FIT)C and create memories of a lifetime and making a difference in the lives of others.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Percent of Time Core Functions:
70% Member Experience: Commit to excellent Member experience by performing all aspects of HairClub’s Xtrands+ service including but not limited to haircuts, while leading the way with current hair trends, conducting technical consultations, retail and service education.
20% Sales Experience: Provide sales excellence through achieving and or exceeding retail, upgrades and service revenue goals through education and development.
10% Facilities: Inventory and Technology (FIT): Ensure a clean and orderly styling room, including proper sanitation both before and after each member following health and safety standards and to HairClub directives/policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
