Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through continuous education.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, barbering, and hair extensions.
Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive salon experience.
Experience with salon software for appointment management and client communication.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
