Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our
CUTS4KIDZ team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our kid clients and their families, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling, while also engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Offering Booth Rent or Commission pay!
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, hairstyling, and applying tinsel.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with client parents to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice.
Upsell additional services and products that enhance the client experience.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as needed.
Offer patience to our Sensory needs clients.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including barbering skills.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.

Pay: $16.00 – $35.00 per hour
