We are seeking:
~Professional Hairstylists
~Soon to be- Hairstylists
~Chair Rental Stylists
Responsibilites :
– Perform a variety of hair and beauty services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
– Work as a team player with other stylists in salon environment
– Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
– Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
– Offer expertise in all brands that you are using or will be using
– Attend classes for growth and skill development
– Engage in retail sales of professional hair care products
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services
Qualifications:
– Valid Cosmetology license or in school to become future professional.
– Wants to be in the industry and wants to perform such services as hair styling, coloring, and treatments
– Great work ethic.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Accepting of and able to work on salon software and front desk tasks
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members efficiently
