Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with clients to deliver personalized grooming experiences.
Duties
Provide high-quality barbering and hair styling services, including cuts, shaves, and color treatments.
Utilize straight razors and other tools effectively while ensuring client safety and comfort.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software.
Perform makeup application services as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with retail sales practices and upselling techniques.
Proficiency in using salon software for appointment management and client records.
Knowledge of hair threading techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $23.48 – $27.39 per hour
