Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery : Provide high-quality hair, skin, nail, body, and makeup services
2. Guest Engagement: Engage with each guest to understand their needs, whether it’s relaxation, pampering, stress relief, a new look, or special event preparation. This helps to create memorable experiences for guests, making their special moments in our spa and salon unforgettable.
3. Education & Training : Attend in-house education sessions relevant to your profession and participate in personal and professional growth workshops and team-building activities.
4. Licensing & Compliance : Maintain required professional licenses and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
5. Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with team members to support each other and achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, productive environment.
6. Goal Setting & Accountability : Track progress weekly, focusing on guest count, service, and retail sales. Meet monthly with a coach to review progress and set future goals. Complete tracking and prepare goals before coaching sessions. Collaborate with coaches to create and adjust 3-month plans. Evaluate progress and reset goals every 3 months as needed.
Qualifications
Licensed Cosmetologist.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deliver personalized and exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: $19.21 – $22.15 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
