Karina’s Salon is looking to add ONE TO TWO Experienced Barbers or Hairstylists to our team!
We are a fun, family-oriented hair salon looking for hard-working, reliable people with time-management skills that will be joining our team of cosmetologists. Stylists must be experienced in all things hair: Cuts! Colors! Styling! And more!
Karina’s currently does not have a barber in shop and we are excited to bring one in to join us! Whether you have your own clientele and are looking for a new home, or you’re ready to meet some new faces, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Description
Karina’s Salon is seeking Licensed Barbers or Hairstylists to join us on a part-time to full-time basis, working on-site at our salon in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hair services, such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments to our diverse client base. They will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the salon and ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Barber, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with various coloring and hair treatment techniques
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, styles, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A client-oriented approach and ability to build long-lasting and loyal customer relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Cosmetology License Required
3+ years as a Cosmetologist Preferred, having their own clientele is a bonus
Must be efficient in time-management, as well as being open to sharing and receiving knowledge
