Are you a skilled and passionate Hairstylist/Colorist looking for a salon where you can showcase your creativity and grow your career? Our salon is looking for an experienced stylist to provide top-quality hair services while delivering an exceptional client experience!
Main Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, balayage, highlights, and other chemical services
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend styles/treatments
Stay up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques
Maintain a clean and professional workstation
Recommend salon products to enhance client experience
Build and maintain a loyal clientele
Cultivate a positive salon experience for clients and positive work environment.
Requirements:
Active Cosmetology License
Strong knowledge of hair color techniques and trends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must be available to work on weekends + holiday eve’s
Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts
Flexible schedule
Legally authorized to work in the United States
