Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your expertise in various styling techniques, coupled with your knowledge of fading and scissor work, will help you deliver personalized experiences that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, styling, and grooming services for clients based on their preferences and trends.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software.
Educate clients on hair care products and techniques to promote healthy hair maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
Experience
Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Experience in barbering is not a must. Will train.
Familiarity with salon software.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales is beneficial.
Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in using straight razors for precision cuts is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.27 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
