**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the beauty industry and possess excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. **Also MUST have a valid Cosmetology License! With preferred 1 year+ recent experience. **Duties:** – Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling – Provide consultations to clients on their hair care needs – Keep workstations clean and sanitize tools – Upsell salon products and services to clients – Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques – Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction – Perform makeup applications, nail care, and other beauty services as needed – Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management **Qualifications:** – Proficiency in barbering techniques and color theory – Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment – Experience with makeup application and nail care is a plus – Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner – Familiarity with front desk duties in a salon setting is beneficial – Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous Join our team as a Hair Stylist and showcase your creativity while providing top-notch salon services to our valued clients.
