We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barber/Cosmetologist to join our team at VINTAGE BARBERS 912. As a barber/stylist, you will provide top-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
Mentor junior barbers and assist in training new staff members.
Utilize salon software such as SQUIRE for appointment scheduling and client management.
Promote retail products effectively through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques.
Cleaning workstations daily
Keeping the shop clean and towels washed/rolled and ready for the steamer on a daily basis.
Skills
Proficient in various barbering techniques with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience with salon software, particularly SQUIRE is preferred.
Knowledge of retail sales strategies and retail math for effective product promotion.
Ability to mentor others and share knowledge within the team.
Familiarity with specialty cuts is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Pay: $750.00 – $1,500.00 per week
