Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommending suitable hairstyles and colors based on face shape, hair type, and current trends.
Hair Services: Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, coloring, balayage, blowouts, and hair treatments.
Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Salon Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment by adhering to all safety protocols and state regulations.
Product Knowledge: Educate clients on aftercare and home hair maintenance, promoting healthy hair practices and recommending salon products.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest hair fashion trends and techniques to continuously improve service offerings.
Requirements and Skills:
Licensing: Active cosmetology license required.
Creativity: Creative and innovative approach to hairstyling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with various hair tools and products.
