Responsibilities
Utilize techniques such as straight razor shaving and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with industry standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ preferences and providing professional recommendations.
Engage in retail sales of hair care products, promoting items that align with client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification is required.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Experience with straight razor techniques, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A commitment to maintaining hygiene standards through regular sanitation practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $1,800.00 per week
