Duties
Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services, including traditional barbering techniques.
Utilize straight razors for precise haircuts and shaves, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
Provide hair threading services as needed, showcasing versatility in hair removal techniques.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices in barbering.
Assist with makeup application for clients seeking additional beauty services.
Promote retail products effectively by employing upselling techniques and demonstrating retail math skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
Proficient in barbering techniques with hands-on experience in hair cutting, styling, and grooming.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
