Bronze & Luxe Beauty Bar is a new salon in the heart of Crocker, Missouri. We are dedicated to providing high-quality beauty services in a welcoming and professional environment. Our salon offers a positive, collaborative workspace for beauty professionals to grow their skills and build their clientele.
We are seeking talented, passionate licensed hair stylists to join our team, either on a booth rental basis or commission-based pay. If you are client-focused, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of a growing beauty community, we want to meet you!
What We Offer:
Commission Paid Option: 40-60% tiered commission based on sales, with opportunities for bonuses. Guaranteed minimum hourly pay. 100% of tips.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, extensions, and treatments.
Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming workstation.
Engage with clients to build and retain a loyal clientele base.
Stay updated with trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Missouri Cosmetology License.
At least 1 year of experience as a licensed stylist (preferred, but not required).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Passion for beauty and ongoing education.
Must have or be willing to build a client base.
Salon Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Closed Sunday
