Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and skilled Stylist with an active cosmetology license to provide top-tier hair styling services to our valued clients. This role is commission-based, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional salon environment.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional stylist.
Active cosmetology license in the State of South Carolina.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive salon experience.
Perform hair styling and coloring services, utilizing advanced techniques and knowledge of color theory.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and hair care.
Assist in retail sales and promote salon products to enhance client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
Established book of business and strong client list.
Passion for continued education and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
