Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and extensions. Your creativity and expertise will help our clients achieve their desired look and boost their confidence. Duties: – Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and extensions – Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences – Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments – Upsell salon services and products to enhance the client experience – Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use – Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques – Maintain a clean and organized work station Skills: – Proficiency in salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information – Knowledge of hair extensions and the ability to apply them effectively – Familiarity with using a straight razor for precise cuts – Strong understanding of cosmetology principles, techniques, and best practices – Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction – Solid understanding of color theory for accurate color matching and application – Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Experience working at the front desk of a salon is a plus If you are a talented Hair Stylist who is passionate about creating stunning looks for clients while providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
