Duties
Provide a variety of hair styling services
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software such as Vagaro for appointment scheduling and client management.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer personalized recommendations.
Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills to foster their development.
Handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an inviting atmosphere by keeping the salon tidy and organized.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a hair styling with proficiency in various cutting techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with retail math and sales strategies to effectively upsell products.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
