We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ beauty and confidence through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients.
Duties
Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize GlossGenius software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care products and services.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient salon environment.
Assist and collaborate on photoshoots and editorial looks.
Assist in national hair competitions.
Skills
Proficient in hair techniques and skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide recommendations.
Experience with salon booking systems is preferred.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Retail sales experience is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through product recommendations.
Ability to perform up-to-dated techniques safely and effectively.
