Duties:
– Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
– Perform hair extensions and hair creations as requested by clients
– Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
– Mentor and train junior stylists to improve their skills and techniques
– Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management and scheduling
Skills:
– Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Experience with hair extensions and hair threading is a plus
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Barbering skills and experience with straight razor techniques are a plus
