As we prepare for our grand opening in mid to end of April, we are looking for passionate Hair Stylists to join our team and help us create an oasis of beauty and well-being.
Job Description: As a Hair Stylist at Euphoric Elysian Salon & Spa, you will be an essential part of our team, providing expert hair care and styling services to our clients. You will use your creativity, expertise, and passion for beauty to ensure that each client leaves feeling better and more beautiful than when they arrived. You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility alongside talented professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with clients to discuss their hair care needs; recommend professional hair care services and treatments.
Cut, trim, and shape hair or hairpieces based on clients’ preferences, styling techniques, and current trends.
Color, lighten, condition, and style hair using various tools and techniques.
Provide hair treatments, including deep conditioning, perm, straightening, and coloring while ensuring the integrity and health of the client’s hair.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
Create and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and superior customer experience.
Participate in ongoing education and training provided by the salon to enhance skills and maintain state licensing requirements.
Requirements:
Valid AZ Cosmetology license or Barber license.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio.
Excellent understanding of various hair types and the latest hairstyling trends and techniques.
Ability to use a wide range of hair care products and tools.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
