Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction.
Demonstrate proficiency in barbering techniques, including straight razor shaves.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure the salon remains clean and inviting.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is preferred.
Strong understanding of retail math to effectively manage product sales.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting is essential.
