Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cosmetology and be licensed through the Hawai’i State Board of Cosmetology. Customer service skills, a teamwork mindset, and a passion for creativity are other qualities we are looking for. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality styling, haircutting, and hair coloring services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client requests.
Provide Specialty services where applicable. (Keratin Treatments, Hair Extensions, Eyebrow Shaping)
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the salon.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment.
Utilize VAGARO software for tracking appointments and managing client records.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products that align with client needs.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proficiency in various hair techniques and salon industry standards.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Experience with an electronic scheduling software is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Product Knowledge and specialty skills are a plus.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in the workplace.

Pay: $15.00 – $50.00 per hour
