GENT is a family owned upscale men’s salon with 6 locations in the Twin Cities. We are established men’s salon, barber shop and retailer and have been a part of the Twin Cities since 2011. We are currently looking for talented stylists and barbers to join our team. We provide extensive training in Men’s cutting and constantly inspire our team members to improve their craft. New stylists & barbers are welcome to apply.
Our Apple Valley location is located at the 3rd busiest intersection in the state of Minnesota, and we have seen plenty of clients because of this. We are looking to build out our team with new or tenured stylists!
What separates GENT from other salons and barbershops is our training, culture and benefits.
Training: GENT provides in-depth men’s hair training. We guide our new employees though our specifically catered curriculum from basic-to-advanced hair cutting techniques. We also offering continuing education for tenured stylists and barbers to continue your personal and professional growth.

Compensation: Currently we are offering a $400 signing bonus to join our team. Stylists will be compensated based on the greater of hourly base pay or commission. Additionally, there is commission on product sales. Health insurance available for full time employees as well as an IRA with matching funds.
