We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair care services to our valued clients. You will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ appearance and confidence through various hair styling techniques and treatments.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Perform makeup application for special occasions and events, ensuring clients look their best.
Utilize straight razors for precision cutting techniques when necessary.
Offer eyelash extension services, enhancing clients’ beauty with meticulous application.
Execute hair threading techniques for eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences.
Promote salon products and services through effective upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Proficiency in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends in hair fashion.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
