Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Day shift 10 AM – 3 PM or 10 AM – 5 PM
Night shift 3 PM – 8 PM
Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM or 1 PM – 5 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
Sundays – We are closed on Sundays to ensure our employees have adequate time off to spend with their families.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments while adhering to sanitation standards.
Utilize salon software, for scheduling and managing appointments.
Educate clients on hair care techniques and recommend products for retail sales.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with front desk operations as needed.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques
Qualifications
Proven customer service skills and strong communication abilities
Proficiency in hair styling, including barbering and cosmetology
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards
Familiarity with salon software.
Ability to manage retail sales and front desk operations
