Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Perform advanced techniques such as barbering, straight razor cuts, hair extensions, Loc Retwist and Style.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
Skills
Proficiency in salon software for efficient appointment management and client interactions.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Skilled in barbering techniques, including straight razor usage.
Knowledge of hair extensions application methods.
A background in cosmetology with a passion for ongoing learning and mentoring others.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also thriving independently.
