Overview:
We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial hair stylist to join Ambiente Salon as a Booth Renter. As a Booth Renter, you will have the opportunity to operate your own business within the framework of our luxurious salon environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while upholding the high standards of Ambiente Salon. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate stylist who is eager to grow their own clientele and deliver an elevated experience to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier hair services, including but not limited to cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services, with a focus on personalized, bespoke styles for each client.
Cultivate and maintain a loyal clientele through superior customer service, consistency, and high-quality results.
Uphold Ambiente Salon’s commitment to positive luxury, professionalism, and creativity in all interactions with clients.
Manage your own booking schedule, ensuring timely appointments and high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your booth and salon.
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
Represent Ambiente Salon’s values, mission, and aesthetic both within the salon and in the broader community.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license in the state of California.
Proven experience as a stylist with a portfolio showcasing your skill set.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client relationships.
A strong understanding of current hair trends, color techniques, and styles.
A desire to continuously learn and grow within the industry.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
Compensation:
Commission-based structure/booth rental fees.
