Responsibilities
Provide professional barbering and/or styling services including haircuts, hair colors, shaves, and grooming treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
Utilize various tools and techniques to achieve desired results in hair styling and grooming.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair extensions, and makeup application techniques.
Assist in training junior staff members when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hairstylist/Barber with a valid cosmetology or barbering license.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in various barbering and/or styling techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
