We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair and beauty services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and customer service expertise, helping clients look and feel their best.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Perform makeup application for special occasions or events as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety standards.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Mentor junior stylists or interns by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
Stay updated on current trends in hair and beauty to provide clients with the latest styles and techniques.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hairstyling, barbering, or related fields is preferred.
Strong understanding of retail math for effective product sales management.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for beauty and fashion trends along with an eagerness to continue learning new techniques.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
