Job Summary
We are seeking a few talented Hair Stylist / Salon Assistants to join our team. As a Hair Stylist assistant, you will provide general salon support and technical assistanance to our team of stylists and support professionals. You’ll make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their experience with the services provided.
Responsibilities
Evaluate customers’ experience at our salon by providing top-tier service
Shampoo hair with appropriate products
Apply hair treatments (where applicable)
Assist with color formulations
Provide customers with product education
Ensure the salon remains tidy during the day including laundry, sweeping, and cleaning common areas and stylist stations
Qualifications
Enrolled in or completion of a cosmetology school
Proven customer service experience
Schedule flexibility including night and weekends
