Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive beauty treatments.
Apply makeup for special occasions or events, showcasing your artistic skills.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and beauty techniques to provide clients with the best service possible.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Skills in nail care, makeup application, and hair extensions are highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management or retail math is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
