Bowie Salon and Spa offers a PAID Apprenticeship (we do not charge you, we pay you) to become a WA State licensed Hair-designer to individuals who dream of being a Top Hair Stylist and do not want to go to and pay for a traditional beauty school. When you are accepted and commit to our program, you enter a Washington State-recognized and licensed Hair-designer apprenticeship.
After 2000 hours, you can take the test to be a licensed hair designer in Washington State. To learn more, please visit our career page, , and complete an Employment questionnaire.
Still in School? We have a Position available for a future professional passionate about the hair industry and looking for an excellent opportunity to learn, build your career, and stand above the rest. You DO NOT have to be a licensed hairdresser to be accepted into our program. After successfully graduating, you will be offered a position as a level 1 stylist and considered a valuable member of the Bowie Salon Styling team.
This position is for someone searching for a home and wanting a position in our salon for the next 3-5 years or more! You’ll receive advanced Paid training, one-on-one mentoring, competitive wages, health insurance, bonuses & 401K retirement plan.
