As a Hair Stylist at Salon Cheveux, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair care while providing top-notch services to our valued clients. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to quality and innovation in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products.
Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with salon standards.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in upselling products or services is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of eyelash extensions or barbering techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with salon software systems is beneficial for managing appointments and client information.
Ability to perform makeup application is an advantage but not mandatory.
