We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to work alongside an experienced stylist in a vibrant salon environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting this stylist and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and manage client bookings using salon software.
Provide support to stylists during hair styling and other services.
Perform client shampoo services efficiently and professionally, ensuring comfort while preparing clients for their appointments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hair stylist, ensuring all tools and products are properly stored.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to film and capture strong social media content during various appointments.
