Job Summary: Hair Stylist Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hair Stylist Assistant to support our talented team in providing exceptional salon services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for washing and conditioning clients’ hair, performing blow-dry styling, and assisting with the application of hair color. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the hair salon industry, from styling techniques to client care, while contributing to the overall salon atmosphere. The Hair Stylist Assistant will work closely with senior stylists to ensure that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied, maintaining a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and condition clients’ hair with care and attention to detail.
Assist in blow-drying and styling hair to achieve the desired look.
Apply hair color under the guidance of the senior stylists.
Keep the salon tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Support stylists with client consultations and product recommendations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed.
