Things to Know about this Position!
– Training Is Preferred but not required
Training will be offered in salon as well as continuing education . You will master the art of the Perfect Consultation , Blowouts and styling ,shampooing , Color Application and formulation during assisting . Transitioning into a full time stylist you will be trained on multiple types of extension installs .
– This Is a Hourly with Transition into Commission Position !
We understand Commission can be scary at first but we have the tools to help you succeed! We will start off with a hourly Rate that will grow into Commission with Bonuses as you grow with our Company

Here at Simplistic Elegance Salon We Strogly encourage Work Life Balance! With this we have developed a 3 day Work Schedule , Thats it just 3 Days a week ! Where you are able to maximize your time with clients and do your salon duties , while also achieving a 3 days weekend every other week !
