Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hair Braider to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and have expertise in various braiding techniques.
Duties
Provide expert hair braiding services, including box braids, knotless braids, feed-in braids, stitch braids, and boho braids etc.
Maintain a high level of customer service by consulting clients on styles and hair care.
Ensure work areas are sanitized and follow salon hygiene standards.
Manage appointments effectively and ensure a smooth client experience.
Keep up with current trends in braiding and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficient in various hair braiding techniques
Excellent communication skills to understand clients’ needs and preferences
Knowledge of color theory for hair styling
Experience in eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, and retail sales is advantageous
Reliable and punctual with appointment scheduling.
Ability to perform front desk duties when needed.
Standard certifications preferred. (Sanitation etc.)
Licensed in FL a plus.
Salon Rental Rates
Exclusive Private Salon Suite: $200 per week
Easy Salon Station: $125 per week
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
