Guest services
Client Prep
Technical Prep and Service support
Training participation for skill growth.
Work as a Team
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment.
Requirements
Must be in the process of obtaining hairstylist license or already licensed
. Adhere to Aveda’s mission and Values, including sustainability and holistic beauty
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the salon
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours
A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and skill enhancement.
Professional and enthusiastic about building a long time career as a hairstylist in an intimate environment working with only one other stylis.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From $23.97 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
