We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hair care and coloring techniques, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Client experience is EVERYTHING!
Duties
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
Engage in upselling retail products that complement the services provided (you will be trained in this and receive additional bonuses for performance).
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth salon operations.

Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience with straight razor techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of color theory and its application in various hair coloring techniques.
Previous experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend products effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear understanding of client preferences and expectations.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
