Blowout Specialist – Paramount Hair Extensions

We are currently hiring a talented and passionate Blowout Specialist to join our elite team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and is ready to grow their skills in both color and extensions.
What You’ll Do:
Provide flawless blowouts and styling services using our in-house premium hair extension products.
Assist with coloring services, including root touch-ups, toning, and full transformations (training provided if needed).
Collaborate with our expert team of colorists and extension specialists to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work station.
Uphold Paramount’s luxury service standards and help create a welcoming salon environment.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Cosmetology License in the state of Arizona.
Passionate about blowouts and styling with an eye for detail.
Willingness to assist with color services and train in hair extension techniques (including V-light and invisible extensions, exclusive to Paramount).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a desire to learn.
