Summary:
Our Associate program for Hair Stylists and Barbers helps Cosmetology school graduates deliver exceptional service to their clients, learn to promote retail products, pre-book clients for their next visit, and ask for referrals.
Specific Responsibilities:
Progress through the Associate Program and become a Hair Stylist or Barber within 4 months.
Must have an active cosmetology license.
Participate and prepare in advance for all required training sessions.
Participate in hands-on training with your Educator and Shampoo Assistants.
Learn our systems for monthly sales goal for services, retail, and pre-books.
Suggest add-on services and recommend retail products to all clients.
Learn how to ask for client referrals.
Work with the marketing team to promote yourself on Instagram.
Reach out to all New Clients from the current month that have not re-booked and schedule their next appointment.
Participate in events and Open Houses to get new clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
