Responsibilities:
Client Care: Greet clients warmly, answer questions, and assist them in feeling comfortable and welcome.
Shampooing and Conditioning: Wash clients’ hair according to stylists’ instructions, providing a relaxing scalp massage.
Salon Maintenance: Keep the salon clean and organized by sweeping floors, folding towels, and sanitizing stations.
Stylist Support: Assist stylists with tasks such as mixing color formulas, preparing styling tools, and keeping work areas stocked.
Retail Sales: Recommend and sell hair care products to clients based on their needs.
Other Duties: May answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
