Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients. This includes hair cutting, styling, coloring, and other hair treatments. We are looking for someone with a passion for hair styling and a strong desire to create beautiful looks for our clients. Duties: – Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments – Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling – Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences – Recommend appropriate hairstyles and treatments based on client’s face shape, hair type, and personal style – Perform hair threading, makeup application, and other beauty services as needed – Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices – Utilize salon software to manage appointments, track client preferences, and maintain records – Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients – Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures – Utilize retail math skills to recommend and sell hair care products to clients – Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client’s experience Experience: – Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting – In-depth knowledge of hair styling techniques, color theory, and trends – Strong communication and customer service skills – Ability to work well in a team environment – Proficiency in using salon software for appointment management and record keeping If you are passionate about hair styling and enjoy creating beautiful looks for clients, we would love to hear from you.
