Your Role Will Involve:
Providing exceptional hair services (cuts, color, styling, treatments) tailored to client needs and salon standards.
(Assistants will focus on supporting stylists, foundational services, and mastering techniques under guidance).
(Master Stylists will handle a full range of services, including complex color/cuts, and potentially mentor others).
Conducting thorough client consultations to understand goals and recommend appropriate services and home care.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Upholding salon cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Actively participating in team meetings and ongoing education.
Recommending and selling professional hair care products.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid California Cosmetology License (Required).
Passion for the Hair & Beauty Industry: A genuine love for making people look and feel great.

Experience:
Assistant Stylist: Recent graduates welcome! Some salon experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Experienced/Master Stylist: Proven experience (3+ years) delivering high-quality hair services independently. Existing clientele is a bonus but not required.
Schedule:
8-hour shifts
Availability needed: Monday to Friday, Weekends
Work Location:
In person at our beautiful Fremont, CA salon.
