Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles
– Keep workstations clean and sanitize tools to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
– Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques
– Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
– Assist with front desk duties when required
Skills:
– Proficiency in barbering/cosmo techniques for men’s or women’s haircuts
– Hair coloring services
– Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
– Experience in upselling salon products and services
– Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus but not a must
– Prior experience is advantageous
