Since 2011, Studio E Salons of Farmington has been offering the hottest styles & trends in hair and beauty. Some of the services that we offer include Cuts, Coloring, Styling, Hair Extensions, Keratin Treatments, Hair Botox, Straightening, Perms, Wig Services, Makeup and Bridal Services. The stylists at Studio E have several professional certifications including Aqua, Cinderalla and Balmain hair extensions, Keratin Straightening and J-Bev Color to name a few. Studio E is the proud official hair sponsor for Miss Connecticut USA and Miss Connecticut America. Ideal candidate must have an active Connecticut cosmetology license, be highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude, ready to be a team player. We are currently seeking a stylist/assistant/receptionist for hourly and commission pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemail calls
Clean various areas on salon (floors, windows, shelves, mirrors, etc) and take care of garbage
Assist fellow stylists with shampoos, blow dries etc
Perform salon hair services (cuts, colors, perms, straightening, bridal etc)
Sell hair products, get 10% commission
Keep your styling station and area clean
Clean bowls/brushes that you use and assist with laundry as needed to wash shared towels and capes
Attend meetings when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
