Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Fantastic Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, offer thorough consultations, integrate product recommendations, meet retail goals, and encourage return visits. Proactive client calls ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold Fantastic Sams® Excellence Standards: Maintain salon dress code and professionalism, keep workstations tidy, and contribute to salon profitability by reducing waste. Attend educational events and complete assigned duties with a positive team mindset.
Required Experience:
• Cosmetology certification and license, proficiency in salon techniques and equipment usage, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining strong guest relationships.
