Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri (few Saturdays may be require)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments
Handle email correspondence, calls, and client communications with professionalism
Coordinate with salon staff and assist in scheduling meetings, trainings, and events
Support day-to-day salon operations and uphold high standards of hospitality
Assist with social media content planning and occasional creative projects
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Help keep the owner organized and ahead of schedule in all business matters
You Are:
Cosmetology License in the state of MI
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Confident, polished, and professional in appearance and communication
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury environment
Experienced in executive or personal assistant roles (experience in beauty/fashion/luxury a plus)
Passionate about the beauty industry and client experience
Someone who thrives on making others’ lives easier and more efficient
